How much do your services cost?

How long does the digitizing process take?
- Turnaround time depends on the size of your project. Most small-to-medium projects are completed within a few days. We’ll provide an estimate after reviewing your materials.
How do I prepare my materials?
- Sort your items by type and remove anything you don’t need digitized. You do not need to organize them extensively, as we offer an optional organization step.
Do you offer pickup and delivery services?
- We currently do not offer pickup or delivery, but we can discuss options based on location.
Can you digitize fragile or damaged photos and documents?
- Yes, we handle delicate materials with care. However, restoration services are not included.
What file formats do you provide?
- Documents: PDF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF.
- Photos: JPEG or PNG.
How do you ensure the security and privacy of my documents?
- We handle all files with strict confidentiality. Your digital files are transferred securely and deleted from our systems once the project is completed.
